In October, when most of the summer festivals and exhibitions have been rarefied, the appointment with VIE Scena Contemporanea Festival becomes a precious break of meeting, privileged place of views. VIE traces its artistic sign along nine days that will host companies and performances chosen among the best expressions of the contemporary world scene.
In its making the sixth edition of VIE suggests a theme, reveals an orientation, a track designed to explore urgent social and ethical issues such as the assertion of individual freedom and the choice of clear and decisive defence of civil rights.
During the Festival we’ll see some new works of companies which have already been guests of the previous editions, confirming the confidence and commitment we have for them. Otherwise we’ll meet some new companies making their debut, sometimes absolute, and we’ll be aware of their own special way of living the scene.
The entire body of events and initiatives of VIE will touch four cities and fourteen different spaces you are invited to visit and explore with us.
